Welcome to the Website of SIU-2009

IEEE 17th Signal Processing and Communications Applications Conference (SIU-2009) held in Antalya (Silence Beach Resort Hotel), Turkey on April 9-11, 2009. The conference organized by University of Kocaeli with the support of IEEE. The conference is the most important meeting forum for researchers in Turkey in the area of signal processing and communcation and related topics. Conferece proceedings have been indexed by IEEEXplore since 2003.

* Submission of first draft of the full paper	: December 22, 2008 Delayed to January 6, 2009
* Announcement of acceptance	: February 16, 2009
* Submission of camera-ready papers	: March 2, 2009
